사단법인 한국감성안전진흥원은 감성안전 관련 이론·실태·사례를 연구하고, 교육 프로그램 운영과 전문가 양성, 기업·조직의 감성안전 수준 진단 및 컨설팅, 콘텐츠 개발·보급, 국내외 유관기관과의 교류·협력을 통해 안전하고 건강한 조직문화와 사회환경 조성에 기여하는 비영리 사단법인입니다.

감성안전은 사람의 감정과 동기를 안전의 출발점으로 봅니다. 규정과 점검만으로 채워지지 않는 부분을, 사람을 존중하는 조직문화로 채워갑니다.

Our mission is to foster safe and healthy organizational cultures by researching emotional-intelligence-based safety, delivering education and professional development, providing organizational diagnosis and consulting, developing and sharing content, and collaborating with related institutions in Korea and abroad.
